Community annual financial reports can be found in the secure “Documents” area of your Resident Center under the “HOA Financial Reports” folder. Just sign in with your email and password to see how the funds of the association are collected and spent by year and category. All files are saved in PDF format.
Each year the Board will create and approve a new budget to begin in January and may adjust the monthly dues as needed based on the available funds and operating expenses of the community.
