Our community features a 50,000-gallon swimming pool for use by our Owners, Residents, and guests. Passes may be obtained in advance by returning the Pool Pass Request Form to our office. Please be sure to read, understand and follow our Pool Rules before going for a dip!
Passes:
- A “Season Pool Pass” may be purchased by Owners and/or Residents, provided that all dues are paid and the account is current. Season passes are $25 each (with a limit of $100 per property), are required for entry by everyone, and may only be used by those that live in your household. All other swimmers will require a “Day Guest Pass”.

- A wristband-style “Day Guest Pass” will be available for $5 each. Remember, all guests must be accompanied at all times by an Owner/Resident when using the pool. In addition, any wristbands purchased last year may still be used this year and do not need to be returned.

**Guest Passes (or additional ones) can be requested using the links above and making your payment online or, by mailing a request form along with your payment to the Mgmt Office.**
REMEMBER — RETURN YOUR PASSES BY THE END OF THE SEASON!
Owners will be charged $5.00 for each SEASON pool pass not returned to the Lifeguard or Mgmt Office at the end of the season.

- Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend
- Weekends: (Until Schools’ out) 12 PM to 8 PM
- Weekdays: 12 PM to 8 PM
- Weekends: 12 PM to 8 PM
Owners whose Association Dues are delinquent, and/or their Residents, will not be allowed into the pool until the outstanding balance is paid in full — even if invited as a guest of another paid Owner. A “no-swim” list will be published on the 16th of each month for those whose access has been suspended.
