Board Members:
We have a community-based, all-volunteer, 9-member Board of Directors comprised of residents and owners who oversee the long-term health of our community by serving in an elected membership position of two years. Anyone interested in running for a seat on the Board should submit their name to the Property Mgmt Office at info@ccpmde.com.
- Board Members may be reached by emailing the Property Mgmt Office with comments, questions or requests.
HOA Composition:
There are three separate sections within our community. These are used to help ensure that all of the residents receive an equal voice and that each street is equally represented in the direction, leadership, and management of the community. Three Board members are elected from each section.
- Princeton Wood I,
- Princeton Wood II, and
- The Hunt Club
The map below shows which homes and streets are included in each of the sections.
